Vacation
Just wanted to let everyone one know that I've put my shops in Vacation Mode as I will be doing just that. We leave for Asia next week and won't be back until the end of the month. I will be looking for new craft supplies and exploring cities I've never been to before.

Quit Your Day Job interviews
I look forward to reading these little interviews from Etsy every week. They are very inspirational and helpful as well. It's like learning from the great masters of craft selling! One day I hope to be able to do the same and read my own interview there!

Monogram Patterned Paper Stickers Envelope Seals
Following the success of the Plum Blossoms Chiyogami Seals Stickers I wanted to make these monogram stickers. I have a few more ideas in mind waiting to materialize. Click on the photo to go to the listing for more information.

Monthly Goal Meetup
I've been reading a great blog called Modish Biz Tips. The blogger has a Monthly Goal Meetup where she will list what she accomplished from last month's goals and what her new monthly goals are. I thought I'd give it a shot.

Glass Tiles Work in Progress
I will be a vendor at a local street fair next Saturday so I've been busy making these glass tiles. Luckily as I was making them I received a large order for my magnets so now I'm really scrambling to make more! Don't they look lovely all neatly stacked together?
I purchased these great glass tiles from a fellow Etsy seller: ChristianHaylie

10th Anniversary
Ok, that's not our wedding anniversary but it's how long my hubby and I have been together now since we started dating. To celebrate, we participated in Restaurant Week in NYC at Barbetta. I've always wanted to go there but felt the prices were too high so luckily they participated in Restaurant Week. The portions were a bit small (the salmon was my husband's and he definitely needed more than that!) but the decor was lovely. The food came very quickly so we had time to spare to walk around Times Square until the meter was up.
Bittersweet chocolate mousse. Not the best presentation I have to say.

We walked around the M&M store and just the center of Times Square.
The sky after the torrential rain.
